Marché de Capucins is a legendary market here in Bordeaux, France. You can find, anything. As long as it’s seasonal, sustainable and regionally sourced. Our fridges are smaller… most of us don’t have cars. What we buy, we carry all the way home. You chose things thoughtfully… and when you don’t have anything to eat at home, you’re actually out of food. 😌

It was another beautiful day in our neighborhood… we don’t have a car so we mostly commute on foot and the tram, or the bat to cross the river. Most everyone bikes or walks here… could explain the lack of diet culture ? Eating healthy is absolutely held important… being on a diet, is not really a thing.
