How important is sustainability to you? Sustainable food systems and sustainable food pathways, are a part of our core values at L’Art de Nourrir. I buy local as much as I can and do everything to support local farmers. This is from my weekly neighborhood market, Marché du quai des Chartrons, and it is every Sunday morning. I always put my money into the mockers of farmers whenever it is possible. How about you?
