How important is sustainability to you? Sustainable food systems and sustainable food pathways, are a part of our core values at L’Art de Nourrir. I buy local as much as I can and do everything to support local farmers. This is from my weekly neighborhood market, Marché du quai des Chartrons, and it is every Sunday morning. I always put my money into the mockers of farmers whenever it is possible. How about you? Pic of our haul from the market this Sunday 🪻🪻🪻

We are making classic rice crispy treats today… well, maybe with a little brown butter in there. We literally had zero purchased store made treats when I was a kid… and, sometimes, when the marshmallow gods delivered, I could make these. What is a childhood favorite classic treats you remember ? Omgoodness! Yes, Doughnuts…. from the US. The old classic place is, Krispy Kreme. But, now there are even more places that have truly raised the bar like, Révolution Doughnuts or Sublime Doughnuts. All it Atlanta, GA, in the US. Google them and tell me what you think!
