MH Monday Updates!

Hope everyone had a good weekend! What is everyone working on this week? Anything needed to help get a deal done?

We got the soil study back (attached) that the 4 acre tract in Oxford NC I had under contract has no useable soil, so we had to walk away from that deal

Our minor subdivision in Louisburg and our build in Franklinton are also both delayed because of the rain over the weekend. The ground is too soggy to bring heavy machinery on and work on the road, and too wet to begin building the decks. All minor delays, but you can see how these add up over the course of a 3-4 month project.

Waiting on hard quotes for a one-off build that I have in Oxford NC as well
