Question for cancelled Fb call

Hey guys,

Since the Fb call was cancelled, I'd just drop my question here :)

I’ve signed a new client that is a nautical center. They rent kayaks and sell excursions around Montreal’s Riverside. What are your first impressions about a business like this? I’d like to know your first thoughts about what strategy should work and what shouldn’t. Since you’ve seen lots of different businesses, your input might help me orient my strategy.
