Question about campaign structure
Hey, quick question! I'm working in the real estate niche and testing out a new concept. I could really use your advice on how to best structure it. The idea is to create ads for different avatars of people looking to sell their homes: expanding families, seniors downsizing, sellers of unique property types, etc. Each avatar will have multiple creatives that address specific pain points. My question is: Should I create a separate campaign for each avatar, or run a single campaign with one ad set per avatar? Please note that since I'm in the housing niche, I'm limited to broad targeting at the ad set level. THANKS!!!!

@Ethan Broyles Thank you! I would love to test in a logical order. Can you give your opinion on this way of testing with ABO: 1- One Adset per avatar 2- In each Adset, have 3 creatives, one per Marketing Angle 3- Turn off the losing adset and losing angle 4- Keep testing different creatives per winning adset per winning angle
SMMA Owners What do you do?
I want to know what do you do all day? When you aren’t working on your client’s stuff what do you do? What do you use your time for? Especially now in August where more decision makers are on holiday so there is almost no point to outreach, what do you do to further grow your business?

The correct answer is that when you’re not working on your clients ads, you should be doing outbound and taking sales calls and reaching out to other potential clients. Now, what I found is that when you’re starting out, you’re working every awakening hour but often times it’s tough to even describe what you’re working working on. Cause you might not end up with something tangible at the end of the day, but your work might just be to get new information and new data sets. Your work might just be to develop a new skills or to improve your current ones or to research what’s working in the industry. Now lots of people would say that this is procrastination and to a certain point it is, but I think it’s part of the process of growth as a new business owner. Who’s just starting out. At the end of the day, you should fuck focus your attention on getting more clients because that’s the best way to learn, but you should also put time aside to just think, create, learn and most importantly, try to fail fast. The faster you fail the better
Intro + Thank you
Hi Guys, I only joined the group less than a week ago. Been struggling with service delivery and the first few videos I have watched from @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell have been a massive help. I have already seen a massive improvement with my ads so I just want to say a big thank you to this group. Looking forward to receiving more sauce from everyone. Lets get it :)

Welcome brother!
Ads manager keeps telling me i'll get 0 leads
I am running a campaign and while setting it up on a $10/day budget it tells me an estimated reach and number of leads. However after publishing it and coming back to it I get a message saying you might get 0 leads. I tried changing the ad budget creative and so on but it comes back down to 0 after publishing. Does this hace something to do with increased lead costs? Because I think something is defenitely wrong because I expected a lot more leads with my ad budget over a couple days then just 1. Should I create a new ad account/page or just let it work and fix itself? Edit: I created a new page started running ads for backyard remodling. Spent about $70 and got no leads then I created a much simpler campaign with a smaller budget and then I started seeing that I'll get 0 leads. Could my very first campaign have had an impact on this?

Hey Firas! What niche are you in? Some niche have a higher cost per lead and it's normal. If you can give a realtor a 75$ lead that is qualified, they can make 10k+ on commission. Also, don't worry about fb telling you you wont get any lead. Just worry about your metrics. Is your CPC good, is your conversion rate good, is your ROAS good, that's what matters. If your link clics conversion is not good, work on your creative. If your CPC is to high, work on your creatives. If your CPL is too high, work on your offer or your funnel.
Question for cancelled Fb call
Hey guys, Since the Fb call was cancelled, I'd just drop my question here :) I’ve signed a new client that is a nautical center. They rent kayaks and sell excursions around Montreal’s Riverside. What are your first impressions about a business like this? I’d like to know your first thoughts about what strategy should work and what shouldn’t. Since you’ve seen lots of different businesses, your input might help me orient my strategy. Thanks!
