We are in the home remodeling niche and would be curious your what your acqusition methods are if you also work with contractors. Only reliable source of leads we have right now are paid ads. Do you cold call? If so, do you also get a horrible show rate? We typically get a 15-20% show rate with cold calls.

Hi All, Is anyone currently or has somebody worked in the talent acquisition niche (running ads for vacant job roles)? I specifically am focusing on trades. Keen to get some insight on what has worked or not worked for you.

Ive been cold calling for quite a while and ive made around 60 cold calls and ive had some booked but wouldnt get them on the call, or they tell me to send info and get left on delivered, im even currently offering a free trial. Ive tried multiple scripts and pitches, if anyone has advice it would be great!
