Sprinkled throughout: Sword 360 @ 6kg. I'm enjoying doing a few sets at a time of 5L/5R with transitions where I take the non-dominant hand off and catch the blade with it as it's falling, slide the dominant hand down to the pommel (becoming non-dominant), then pull the sword up into the air with the formerly ND-hand before putting it back on the handle as the dominant hand and continuing swings.
