Working on the underhand and overhand “sneak.” I’m starting to figure it out but need a lot more practice.
Tuesday: A day
KB Swings
  • light, EMOM, 26x10, 20kg, alt between 2 hand and hand to Hand
  • Working on building a bit of endurance before doing density cycles to 10x20 and moving forward with the Wildman swing program. I was gassing out and losing proper form.

  • reverse ladders, 4x4/4-1/1, 17kg, 1min rest
