Hello I am new here. In August I will be almost 3 years sober with a 13 year addiction to marijuana. My life and mental health has gotten so much better since sobriety. I attend 12 step meetings and have sponsees. My problem is I turned to food instead of weed and have been having a hard time losing weight. I joined this group to help stay consistent with my workouts and my eating. Thank you in advance for any advice and encouragement.
