Sunday things
These are my confessions (Usher circa 2004 anyone?) Ok, I had a cheat meal so tomorrow is another Day 1 of 75 Hard. I enjoyed it, I forgive myself, and I’m moving forward. The win is I didn’t quit on the rest of day. Still completed both workouts and stayed consistent with hydration, reading, and meditation. Spent meaningful time with old friends Went shopping with the family and got new clothes for the kids. Booked a vacation + pulled together our full summer calendar Staying in motion and staying honest. Starting fresh again tomorrow.

Sunday wins
This morning I decided to join premium so I can attend the check in. I think knowing I was going to check in gave me to the motivation to get up and do a 35 min walk with my dog. I met an awesome support group at the check in and I committed to working out 3 times this week on my elliptical or at my gym. I also meal prepped my chia yogurt parfaits for the office this week.

Saturday wins
Today I woke up at 6am and worked over time. Then after I met with one of my sponsees who finished step one. After that I helped deliver some food I made to a girl I help. Then I went to an in person meeting. Feels good to get things accomplished today.

New here
Hello I am new here. In August I will be almost 3 years sober with a 13 year addiction to marijuana. My life and mental health has gotten so much better since sobriety. I attend 12 step meetings and have sponsees. My problem is I turned to food instead of weed and have been having a hard time losing weight. I joined this group to help stay consistent with my workouts and my eating. Thank you in advance for any advice and encouragement.
