Despite a challenging start with vivid drug-related dreams, today was a good day focused on commitment, household and family. Recovery Action: Successfully navigated public transit to attend my appointment at the Drug Counseling Center. Professional Growth: Completed Day 2 "Urge Surfing And Community" from the 7-Day C.R.A.V.E. Sobriety Challenge; currently auditing additional communities. Personal/Family: Prepared sushi for my daughter and ex-wife and ensured they got home safely. Commitment: Maintaining regular attendance at local NA meetings with plans to bridge into English-speaking international online meetings. Plan for Tomorrow: Forest run/walk with the dog 🐕 + Deep work on private projects.
