It’s absolutely lovely. Just heading out to dinner. Got to admit the all inclusive option is a challenge but mostly sticking to fish and salad but even that is tonnes of food. Only 50m from the beach so snorkelling today. As we are only here 4 nights we are taking it easy but it’s delightful all the same thank you.

Early Wins - Early Night
-Lava Run club. Was told to dance and I did (You may not consider this dancing) -Gym/Swim in the ocean -Did all weekend work (20 minutes) -Lots of walking and went to a Thai restaurant I have wanted to try. 7.7/10 Tomorrow: -Long Run -SWK Sunday Reset at 3pm ET Goodnight and Go 🏴

Treated myself to a couple of things because why not 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Got a much better control on my OCD- which means no overthinking, or Driving myself crazy about color coordinating clothing and other things. Start Eating breakfast and being more cautious with what I eat- so far so good! Hopefully I can continue it instead of going back to old habits!

We will be doing it as usual in rural Lancashire. The surfers believe plastic rubbish from anywhere can end up in the ocean. So no surfers here.
