-little run -PT session and TP Session (see pic) -Set up 2 days of social media -2 x 1-1 sessions (ALWAYS a pleasure) -Contacted someone to help me with my new business -Scripted an AD Tomorrow: -Record 3 ads -1-1 Session -Personal training and the 14km workout run I SKIPPED today.

- Phase 3 Day 17 LIVEHARD - Road trip back home - DRIVE TO PA halfway point in DuBois pronounced Doo Boyce. Met Chris from Boston who has a family lineage here and told me that’s how its pronounced - Did some urbexing at night, under a bridge of course, that took offroad driving, tall weed walking, and steep angle standing to get to - Definitely been challenging doing a Phase 3 while road-tripping and dealing with my mom who is almost entirely immobile - she can’t pee without someones assistance, can’t walk, can’t stand. Its a full time job with very few employees. I am not a big fan of helping those who aren’t willing to help themselves. - Ok back to Phase 3…But, it just takes mapping out the day and utilizing time super efficiently  - This trip has been a great bonding experience for my son and I. FYI did not eat the chips, and that’s ham not a hot dog, just in case you were wondering Tomorrow - drive back to da Bronx - Long holiday weekend ti be a savage

I’m grateful for my sobriety. When things get hard I am trying not to turn to food also. Day 1 of tracking my calories. Thanks for the support

-2 runs today because I didn't feel like going to the gym...18km total -Saw a rock shaped like a giant penis -Submitted some ad concepts to a new partner and they like them so much, they offered me double the work -Excellent 1-1 sessions + a session with my coach -Had a conversation with the beautiful Maria, formerly from Cuba, now living in Tenerife for 2 years Tomorrow: -Work on Ads -1-1 Sessions -Run/Gym Buenas Noches Amigos!

This week: • Settled into my new full-time role and learned something every day. • My feet are almost fully healed and ready to get back to the mats. • Finished my teeth whitening treatment with results I'm really happy with. • Stayed committed to my recovery and healthy routines. • Maintained ~14.4% body fat despite taking a short break from training. Tomorrow is a day off, and I'm looking forward to something I haven't been able to do in a while: taking Jack for a long walk, lifting again, and feeling the rhythm of training return. Health.
