Completed morning routine Crushed it at the gym, then jumped in the pool and kind of joined a water aerobics class with the active older adults. I was doing my own thing though, so I was more AOA adjacent. Steam room and sauna. The sauna was empty today so I was dancing to my playlist and having a grand time! Scheduled calls to close loops. Tomorrow: starting a new meditation practice, committing to 30 additional minutes in the morning for at least a week to integrate the experience from this weekend. I’m working on showing up on social media. So I’m going to actually spend some time there connecting and making a post.

- DNN’s: read my book, lunch workout - March Challenge # 1: uncomfortable but necessary. I apologized for my behavior. - #2: increased weight for 2 different gym machines. It’s the only way to level up my weight resistance threshold versus staying in the same comfortable ‘safe’ maintenance routine. -Got a longer workout/run in today ahead of schedule because I need to be rested for my long ass run on Saturday rather than Sunday. Tough but worth it! -2 great 1-1 sessions -Daily discomfort was being honest with my coach @Robert Twine about my tendencies to sometimes be a people pleaser. Committed to practice the opposite behaviour. -Fantastic "The cost of staying the same" session with the Wednesday Night Group. -Bought a new water bottle! This is unusually exciting for me Tomorrow: -Record 2 ads -Get social media done for the week -Spanish lesson Buenas noches amigos!

Stay hydrated my friend. I love buying new shit related to workouts. I bought some pool Deck, shower, locker room croc looking things and I too am unusually excited about it!!!

I would free up time and become more focused and more disciplined when I trade in scrolling. Instagram is just so fun! And the people are all so perfect and beautiful! Sometimes I just can’t look away. I got problems.
