1) great day at work even though it’s fucking hot 2) got to hear @Peter Adkins share his experience strength and hope 3) had a water balloon fight with my Girlfriend’s teenage kids . Realized im getting old and need to get back in shape 4) reached out to some of my old friends in recovery to get the ball Rolling . California sober just aint how I wanna live my life .

1) Paddle boarding all afternoon along the St Clair river . 2) 1 week crack and alcohol free ! 3) 1 week smoke free 4) Mandarin AYCE for dinner ! Tomorrow - Get ready for the week ahead . - Reestablish my daily routine and non negotiables - Goal setting and future planning
