VCX: venture capital fund
I’ve been holding VCX (Fundrise Innovation Fund) since it was only available through Fundrise before its NYSE listing in March 2026.
VCX is essentially a publicly traded venture capital fund — one of the first and largest of its kind, giving retail investors access to high-growth private technology companies.
Current holdings include Anthropic, Databricks, OpenAI, and SpaceX — companies most retail investors can’t access directly.
The fund focuses on late-stage private tech companies across AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, and adjacent technologies, with a 1.85% annual management fee.
The catch: since going public it’s been trading at a significant premium to NAV. I bought early so my cost basis is much better. Wouldn’t buy at current prices personally.
Anyone else holding VCX since the early Fundrise days?
