📝 The Fan Principle, popularized by John Murphy, suggests that major trend changes occur when the price successively breaks through three trend lines. Here's how it works:
🐂 In a bullish trend: The price starts breaking upward trend lines one by one. By the time the third line is broken, the trend shifts bearish.
🐻 In a bearish trend: The price pierces through downward trend lines. Breaking the third one signals a reversal to a bullish trend.
