A good dividend stock?
What is a good stock for dividends? Do you have a favorite that pays monthly?

@Eugene Voutchkov https://www.financecharts.com/stocks/CCI/dividends/dividend-payout-ratio#:~:text=The%20dividend%20payout%20ratio%20for%20Crown%20Castle%20%28CCI%29,the%20basic%20eps%20for%20the%20past%2012%20months. As a REIT they have to distribute most of what they make. My expectation is that as time goes by their earnings stabilize. If rates do not go up, they will survive and when the rates start coming down their financial position will improve. They reported 1.71 EPS and can afford 1.565 divi.

@Cris Bob Any particular ideas?
Triples
I've been reading some posts and noticed people do double and triple ETFs like TQQQ. For those who are new to the game, read about them and make sure you understand how they work. Specifically, what I mean: when QQQ goes 1% up in ONE day TQQQ goes up 3%. Similarly, SQQQ goes down 3%. However, this is NOT true long-term. If one buys QQQ today and, just as an example, three months from now, QQQ is at the same price where it is today, then she does not make any and does not lose. However, both SQQQ and TQQQ will LOSE money.

Is this the start of a bear market or a correction?

PYPL and BMY puts
Today I sold 2 contracts for Feb 16 on PYPL 52.5, 1.0 premium and BMY 48, 0.68 premium. I like both positions at these prices and I am not worry if I get them assigned. Also, I think that this is not the correction yet and next week will move up.

BMY: Is not it a nice chart? 5% divi and nice premium on May 03 at the money calls, higher premium than a month out.

PFE is still in a downtrend. Need to break above 28.75 to show it has reversed. Am selling calls against some of my shares but not all, so that I can roll up the stock goes up.
CCI any interest?
Reports today after close. Puts are pretty expensive, see $90, for example. About 7% divi if assigned and a possibility to sell calls. Interest-rate sensitive.

I sold April puts for .65 and .76, bought them back for .03 and .12 and sold May for 1.12, $90 strike. If assigned, my cost basis will be about $88.3 and divi about 7%. I will sell calls, likely $92.5 or $95. Why I am interested: CCI pulled back due to revenue loss on Sprint-T merger that is one-time event and interest rates. I believe both has been priced in already. 200 shares position size is acceptable for my account. My stop loss is 83.75. If I am stopped out I'll sell puts strike 75-80. I am planning to hold it long-term collecting divi and selling calls.

I put an order o buy back one of my $90 puts, purchased 100 shares and sold $95 call. My reason is that I wanted to be assigned on the puts, but I rolled down too far. I will try to roll the other put from $90 to $92.5 if I can get decent credit. I do not want to chase.
