Purchasing GISs and bonds in Canada
If you are looking to purchase GISs or government or private bonds in Canada, note that Questrade is listing a variety of GISs (64 offers) and Bonds (840 offers) that can be purchased by calling the Questrade trade desk. This option is available in the Edge platform (desktop), by selecting "Fixed income" in the top menu. One could also purchase these from their local bank, except the choice will be more limited.
