Hey everyone! 👋🏼 My name is Laura, I am from Argentina. I lived in Washington DC, 🇺🇸 for 10 years and I recently moved back to 🇦🇷. I crossed path with this community through Online Facilitation Unconference. I have +15 yrs working as a leader, workshops facilitator and coach for cultural change. I've worked with teams distributed in different continents (Europe, Asia and Americas). Right now, I’m working as a Conscious Leadership Coach. I understand leadership as a process for developing oneself and being an inspiration for others to awaken consciousness. During a sabbatical time, I led an emotional education program for young adults between 18 to 23 yrs. ✍🏼 I’m writing and illustrating books for kids. There is one book for each color and I just found out to they guide kids on developing some of the IDG skills. Colorful Droppie can be find in Amazon or digitally. ✍🏼 I have a Substack blog called Conscious Leadership Seeds, I’m writing literary pieces on leadership from my own past experiences and future insights (time travels) on 🌱 What is the next evolutionary step of leadership? 🌱 ✍🏼 I’m writing other stories that I called dharmic ones. They are not following the hero/heroine journey, which assumes an inner journey through suffering or battles between good and bad. 🌱 In this new way of writing stories, a group is the principal character and they develop their inner wisdom through the story without suffering, but activating their inner knowledge and complementing each other instead. 🌱 I’m writing this new type of stories, because there is no story that shows us how a harmonic future looks like, everything is utopian or dystopian, which keeps humanity in the same loop over and over again. 🌱 Stories have a lot of power over the unconscious of Humanity. If we don’t change the way the stories are written, the collective unconscious tends to repeat the story again. There is an Universal calling to change the story, this goes beyond humanity’s evolution, but humans and this planet play a key role into the whole.

Dear all, Its good to be here. Besides trauma and how it affects one`s being and showing up, my special interest area is how child bearing and rearing affects women (and sometimes men) at work and the interplay between how much the organisations support families at different stages in their life and work satisfaction and productivity. I have chosen to work independently after a career with UNICEF in different countries and am in the process of exploring my own inner landscape while holding space for my clients as well as thinking how we can bring the IDGs to younger generations through intergenerational learning. Hi everyone, my name is Lindsay (she/her). My passion work sits at the intersection of subconscious rewiring and intuition development through sound and singing, and EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques). I’m deeply invested in how nervous system regulation, voice, and self-connection can create profound shifts in leadership, business, decision-making, and the way people show up in their lives and have run many experiments (containers) over the years with proven results. The challenge/opportunity I'm working on is making this accessible to the everyday person and overcoming fixed ideas that singing is about 'performance or sounding good', and that sound healing is about passively listening to bowls on a mat vs. being actively engaged, using your own voice as the instrument to access deep inner resources and power. What drew me to InnerDevelopment@work community was fascination that this group/organization exists to bring inner development into organizations and that the IDGs we're developed with over 1000 peoples inputs. We very much need regenerative and emotionally mature leadership in real organizational contexts, and it would be nice to see that grow outside of the personal "personal development" world. I live in the Fraser Valley of BC, known as Langley but is actually the traditional territories of the Kwantlen, Semiahmoo, Stó:lō, and Tsawwassen nations.
