Hello dear friends, 🤗 I’d love to briefly introduce myself, as recommended by @Nadene Canning A friend from the IDG Summit, @Etrit Shkreli , encouraged me to join this community, and I’m truly grateful for the invitation. I already see many familiar names and faces from past IDG events, which feels wonderful. The reason I engage so deeply with the IDG movement is simple: I’m most passionate about empowering people to master the “game of life” and realize their full potential. I genuinely believe that supporting people on their inner development journey — helping them become more conscious, self-aware, and aligned — has a profound impact on creating a sustainable world. Fully awake individuals don’t make short-sighted decisions that prioritize quick wins over long-term wellbeing for humanity and the planet. By background, I’m an IT engineer and a long-time enthusiast of blockchain and AI technologies. I’m currently studying sustainable financial systems and macroeconomics, and I’m focused on projects that merge these domains with inner development. Throughout my career, I’ve helped build and scale companies and participated in the creation of dozens of startup products. I’ve co-founded four startups so far, including HTEC Group, which today brings together more than 2,300 engineers worldwide. I value clear and efficient communication, so much so that I’ve developed two innovative communication frameworks: Non-Linear Chat and Conclusion-Driven Communication. In different contexts I also step into roles as a speaker, coach, and mentor — all with the intention of helping people grow from the inside out. Hello everyone, I’m Jens, and I actually joined IDG as a volunteer without really knowing what it was about. Luckily, I felt a strong vibration in the universe as if I was meant to be part of this community. I can’t fully explain it, but several synchronicities happened that clearly pointed me here, and I’m grateful they did. Im so curious of all of you and see what works we can do togheter! Please let me know if I can do anything for you! Im interested in international works that can empower people! I’m not entirely sure what else to write in my introduction, but just now, while I was working on a new book project I’ve taken on, I felt an urge to share a small section of it. I’m currently creating a new interpretation of Marcus Aurelius original Greek writings (175 CE) , turning them into a postmodern version called “To Myself.” Here’s an translated excerpt from Book 9, Chapter 1 as I am writing the book in Swedish: To Myself Book 9, Chapter 1. To harm another human being is to act against nature. For the world is made so that rational creatures may live for one another to help, not to harm. When I break that law, I sin not only against humankind, but against the spirit of nature itself, the oldest of all gods. And he who lies commits the same offense. For nature is truth. Everything that exists is held together by order, by reciprocity. To lie is to tear the fabric apart, to place oneself outside the unity that binds all living things. Truth is nature’s own name, the source of everything that is real. When I lie knowingly, I do wrong, I twist the world. But even when I lie unknowingly, when I refuse to see I violate nature, for I move against the rhythm of the cosmos. I stand in conflict with the order that gives birth to all. He who flees from truth struggles against the world itself. And he who chases pleasure or runs from pain shows the same contempt for nature. For he complains that life has given him the wrong share as if the world were unjust when it allows the wicked to live in pleasure

I am Fleur and I am excited to join the Inner Development community! I am from the Netherlands, but I currently live in Germany. I did my masters, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, at Lund University in Sweden. With a deep ambition to create a more sustainable and inclusive world, I embarked on this journey of entrepreneurship. Later I wrote my thesis about the correlation between Aesthetic Sensitivity and Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention. Right now I do my exchange at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich where my courses focus on strategy and management. I also work as a marketing manager for the BENELUX for a UK company.
