Hello all. I recently completed the IDG Ambassador training & this Inner Development group was recommended as way to connect with others in the IDG space, so here I am. I'm focused on deploying a regenerative political leadership training program to help shift our paradigm of planetary politics away from technospheric-exploitative forms of governance toward an eco-spiritual ethos of responsive/responsible solidarity. Hi Everyone 👋 Delighted to be here! I am launching a 12-week gamified climate action program for kids age 6 - 12 called Earth Doctors and I'd love to connect with more people in environmental education and schools. I am new to working with school districts and creating teacher kits etc. Have you ever created these kinds of systems or clubs and have insights to share? 🌏💚

Hi everyone, I’m Amy from Toronto, Canada. I discovered IDG while building my leadership practice on inner + outer integration at the start of 2025. I was truly grateful to find a community that seemed to finally understand what drives me and why I’m so passionate about inner development. I come from a background in corporate talent management and leadership development. While I enjoyed those roles, I often felt a missing piece in delivering real, lasting value to people. That curiosity led me to explore how I could contribute in a bigger, more meaningful way, taking a leap of faith and courage.
