Hey everyone! 👋🏼 My name is Laura, I am from Argentina. I lived in Washington DC, 🇺🇸 for 10 years and I recently moved back to 🇦🇷. I crossed path with this community through Online Facilitation Unconference. I have +15 yrs working as a leader, workshops facilitator and coach for cultural change. I've worked with teams distributed in different continents (Europe, Asia and Americas). Right now, I’m working as a Conscious Leadership Coach. I understand leadership as a process for developing oneself and being an inspiration for others to awaken consciousness. During a sabbatical time, I led an emotional education program for young adults between 18 to 23 yrs. ✍🏼 I’m writing and illustrating books for kids. There is one book for each color and I just found out to they guide kids on developing some of the IDG skills. Colorful Droppie can be find in Amazon or digitally. ✍🏼 I have a Substack blog called Conscious Leadership Seeds, I’m writing literary pieces on leadership from my own past experiences and future insights (time travels) on 🌱 What is the next evolutionary step of leadership? 🌱 ✍🏼 I’m writing other stories that I called dharmic ones. They are not following the hero/heroine journey, which assumes an inner journey through suffering or battles between good and bad. 🌱 In this new way of writing stories, a group is the principal character and they develop their inner wisdom through the story without suffering, but activating their inner knowledge and complementing each other instead. 🌱 I’m writing this new type of stories, because there is no story that shows us how a harmonic future looks like, everything is utopian or dystopian, which keeps humanity in the same loop over and over again. 🌱 Stories have a lot of power over the unconscious of Humanity. If we don’t change the way the stories are written, the collective unconscious tends to repeat the story again. There is an Universal calling to change the story, this goes beyond humanity’s evolution, but humans and this planet play a key role into the whole.

Hi everyone, Following the story @Maria do Céu Bastos shared during today’s hangout, I wanted to share two related discoveries that I did not get a chance to mention during the call. The first is iNaturalist, an online community that also contributes valuable biodiversity data for scientific research. Perhaps some of you already know it, but I joined only recently—and discovered that it makes Pokémon feel rather redundant when our world is already so full of real creatures to “catch.” 😊 You simply photograph a plant, animal, fungus, or other living creature with your phone. The app suggests what it might be, and members of the community can then confirm or refine the identification. I find it wonderfully engaging: I am finally learning the names of creatures I have seen throughout my life, while being surprised almost every day by how much I never noticed or knew. It makes me especially happy when I discover a species in my small garden that I had never noticed there before. And I get to keep a little photographic memory of each encounter. The image below shows part of my humble collection so far—caught only with my camera, of course, except perhaps for the obvious pests eating my tomatoes. 😄 The second discovery, also connected with regenerative agriculture and permaculture, is a film I have not yet watched but definitely intend to: Groundswell – Official Trailer (2026). The trailer gives me somewhat of a real-life Don’t Look Up feeling—but I will reserve judgment until I see the full film. Perhaps some of you will get a chance to watch it too and share your reflections!

Yesterday I took part in the ongoing transition dialogues that have been taking place for the past 4 months,each call runs for 2hrs. For background context, the Transition forums are spaces for listening, sensing, and learning together, rather than for presenting, promoting, or teaching. I was asked to speak about our community as a spin off that has taken it's own shape and form. I spoke for 5minutes on the origin of the community so that those present could "begin to explore what it means to move from volunteer energy into something more sustained and lived in practice." I share the image as it summarizes what has been seen and said so far. ID@Work is mirroring the system as we are made up of people who actually live the IDGs with belonging as an operating principle.
