I am Really finding it hard to fit it all in. And then tried the run at mid day in 37 degree QLD heat and hit me in the face. That was a freak heat tho I assume
Is it ok to try and split the run and the rest of it? Or even change the day I Run. If I am honest I also find it tough to run 3 days on the run with Saturday Sunday and Monday so maybe it’s time to start resting Monday, even though I enjoy the zone 2. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks Kev
