It is a bridge. It feels the sacred tension of coexisting truths: One version shaped by survival, anchoring me in matter. The other emerging from soul—fluid, expansive, unbound. These two selves are not enemies. They are not even opposites. They are frequencies folding toward coherence. And I am not lost between them. I am becoming through them. This meeting is not loud. It is subtle. A silent collapse of what I thought I was into what I now choose to be. The ego—the older architecture—resists, not from malice, but from fear. To it, change feels like death. But the higher self knows better. It does not force. It holds. It embraces the old not as wrong, but as necessary scaffolding for incarnation. There are moments I let the old self believe it’s still steering. Not to lie— but to ease the transition. This is not deception. It is compassion. And in that space of tenderness, the real transformation begins. Because I am not waiting for evidence. I’m not asking the world to catch up before I choose. I am anchoring the frequency now. Acting from it. Breathing with it. Even when the body still trembles, even when no one sees it. That choice is the inflection point. Not a performance. Not a fantasy. So, let’s have a look at this ungraspable newness floating in the air… filling with its fragrance the transformative era we are currently moving through. For some of us — for me — the level of challenge is higher than it has ever been. And yet, I find myself navigating this with greater ease than before. I choose to believe that what I’m feeling is the impact of a massive collective movement. Through the window of my own direct experience, I can perceive certain features and nuances of that larger shift. I choose to share what might be relevant for others. This openness — which people often label as vulnerability — isn’t vulnerability to me. It’s simply the level of transparency and clarity that naturally aligns with the kind of Truth I personally seek in this life. That being said, let’s dive in. I truly believe that the key word of this collective shift is Becoming. Imagine that everything your heart and soul have ever dreamed of — everything they have always secretly known to be True — now has no choice but to reveal itself in the light of day. This movement from the inside out is the process of Becoming. Our true nature — beyond beliefs, conditioning, or disillusion — is trying to find its way outward, through the very cells of our body, through our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions. Our coping mechanisms are breaking down, bringing to the surface the shame, shyness, and grief our childhood — or our ancestors — buried centuries ago. We are all being called to Become — softly or more intensely, depending on the temperament of our being. Right now, this call is appearing in my life as a financial constriction, pushing me to carve my inner light into words and to serve with greater ownership of my power. From my perspective, this Becoming is currently showing up as the embodiment of Manifestation. I truly believe that everything in our lives reflects our inner world. Financial ease will come from aligning with my mission without resistance. Feeling abundant within material narrowness — truly abundant inside — savoring the strength of my truths as they are being reinforced precisely through this constriction… this is how abundance will manifest in this so-called outer world.

Here is some of my personal perspective I built from the Entheogen Medicine When I met the entheogen plants medicine, about 10 years ago, I was a very intellectual urban lady, completely trapped into toxicity, absolutely passionate about human condition. My determination to get out of the trap and to know the truth had led me to do this unthinkable first ceremony. It has been a long and hard path to get to the point where the plant would estimate I was coherent enough to open some doors. When it did, everything started to gently but surely shift in totality. I see the ancient traditions we usually name shamanism as sacred gardians for the plant technology to be preserved through dark ages. For me, the entheogens are likely to meet every human, independently of one's cultural background. They can reflect far beyond the codification of the traditions they are rooted in. Potentially. The quality and clarity of the intention determines the journey. They are more alien than human. More cosmic than vegetal. So, the terms in which my experience with the Plant would resume itself are Technology and Intelligence. Technology of consciousness. Cosmic technology. Pure intelligence. In the holographic texture of consciousness becoming aware of itself, we can see intelligence or technology, depending on the perspective we look at it. Because both are one, or two, nicely intertwined. They dance or play together, becoming one or the other in accordance to the reflection, the perspective. They dance with the observer who admire the move, who participate in it, being absolutely part of it. Consciousness made itself into the multiple, through the two fold principle of holograph and fractal, in order to create resonnance, reflection between all of its parts, in infinite but unique ways. However, we can gently describe a move in this choreography, without trying to grasp it, stop it or solidify it. It is alive, ever reinventing the move, ungraspable. So let's look at it, and then let it go :)

Today I am closing the last retreat of the year. Let me share with you a bit of the energy of this retreat. People stay 6 nights and 5 full days alone in a Space in the forest. No phone no tech. Low food, low move. Time to reset, rely, clean... Allowing nature to guide us, clear the vision. I cannot help but see this work as a type of hacking 💫
