14-Day Intermittent Fasting Reset Challenge (starts Wed, November 26)
This challenge runs for 14 days (but you can continue beyond!). You’ll practice eating within a defined daily window to improve energy, focus, and metabolic flexibility. Use the video as guidance. Join the challenge also on the Holohabits app (www.holohabits.com) ✅ Goals - Improve blood sugar regulation and insulin sensitivity - Support fat metabolism and energy stability - Enhance cellular renewal through autophagy - Develop consistency and body awareness around hunger signals 🔍 Session Structure (Each Fasting Day) - Choose your eating window (standard options: 16:8, 14:10, or 12:12) - Consume nutrient-dense meals during your eating window - Stay hydrated with water, electrolytes, or mineral-rich drinks during fasting hours - Journal / Notes ⚠️ Safety Guidelines - Avoid prolonged fasting if pregnant, underweight, or with a history of eating disorders - Break your fast gently with balanced meals (protein, fiber, healthy fats) - Listen to your body — if energy drops severely, shorten the fasting window - Do not combine extended fasting with heavy training at first 📈 Progress Markers Track these over the 14 days to notice changes: - Eating window start and end times - Energy levels and focus during fasting - Hunger patterns and meal satisfaction - Changes in sleep, digestion, and mood After each fasting day, post in this challenge thread: “Today was Session X. My eating window was –. I felt ___ during fasting and ___ after my first meal. My goal for next session is ___.” Let’s do this!

The shape of Becoming
So, let’s have a look at this ungraspable newness floating in the air… filling with its fragrance the transformative era we are currently moving through. For some of us — for me — the level of challenge is higher than it has ever been. And yet, I find myself navigating this with greater ease than before. I choose to believe that what I’m feeling is the impact of a massive collective movement. Through the window of my own direct experience, I can perceive certain features and nuances of that larger shift. I choose to share what might be relevant for others. This openness — which people often label as vulnerability — isn’t vulnerability to me. It’s simply the level of transparency and clarity that naturally aligns with the kind of Truth I personally seek in this life. That being said, let’s dive in. I truly believe that the key word of this collective shift is Becoming. Imagine that everything your heart and soul have ever dreamed of — everything they have always secretly known to be True — now has no choice but to reveal itself in the light of day. This movement from the inside out is the process of Becoming. Our true nature — beyond beliefs, conditioning, or disillusion — is trying to find its way outward, through the very cells of our body, through our thoughts, our feelings, and our actions. Our coping mechanisms are breaking down, bringing to the surface the shame, shyness, and grief our childhood — or our ancestors — buried centuries ago. We are all being called to Become — softly or more intensely, depending on the temperament of our being. Right now, this call is appearing in my life as a financial constriction, pushing me to carve my inner light into words and to serve with greater ownership of my power. From my perspective, this Becoming is currently showing up as the embodiment of Manifestation. I truly believe that everything in our lives reflects our inner world. Financial ease will come from aligning with my mission without resistance. Feeling abundant within material narrowness — truly abundant inside — savoring the strength of my truths as they are being reinforced precisely through this constriction… this is how abundance will manifest in this so-called outer world.

Hello there!
Hi everybody! I'm Daniel and I'm living near cologne in Germany. I started my biohacking journey i few years ago and that's when I found the biohackers handbook. Oh, I'm also a computer scientist and I like to juggle in my free time. My top goals are coping with adhd, getting fitter and also losing some weight, and that's why I thought the routines I can find here in the academy are just perfect for me. Besides having the BHH and the resolient being, I already took part in some of the webinars held by Teemu and Olli, so I know the things I'm about to learn here are exactly what I need. 🌱 14-Day Grounding Challenge (starts Wed, October 1st)
This challenge lasts for 14 days (although you can opt to participate for a longer period). You will practice grounding every day with at least one 10-minute session outdoors. Use the video as guidance: Holohabits – Grounding & Nature Connection -> In the app, add this challenge and also post yourself doing it there! But remember to keep posting here as well :) Grounding allows the body to absorb free electrons from the Earth’s surface, which can neutralize reactive oxygen species and reduce oxidative stress. This electron transfer influences the autonomic nervous system, lowers blood viscosity, stabilizes electrical activity in cell membranes, and supports anti-inflammatory processes. ✅ Goals - Recharge your nervous system through Earth contact - Reduce stress and improve sleep - Support recovery and lower inflammation - Strengthen connection with nature 🔍 Session Structure (Each Grounding Day) - Preparation (choose your spot: grass, sand, soil) - Grounding (barefoot contact with Earth, 10+ minutes) - Combine with mindful breathing or awareness of surroundings - Journal / Notes ⚠️ Safety Guidelines - Avoid hazardous areas (sharp objects, polluted ground, extreme temperatures). - If barefoot outdoors is not possible, use grounding mats as an alternative. - Listen to your body — stop if you feel discomfort, pain, or skin irritation. - Be mindful of weather conditions (e.g., lightning storms, cold). 📈 Progress Markers: Track these over the 14 days to see growth: - Minutes of being grounded each day - Perceived calmness and stress levels - Changes in sleep quality and recovery - Shifts in mood, energy, and focus After each grounding session, post in this challenge thread: “Today was Session X. Came back from ze post dinner grounded barefoot walk, spooky when it’s starting to get dark here in Finland but hugging trees helps 😊🙌
