Join the challenge also on the Holohabits app (www.holohabits.com) ✅ Goals - Improve blood sugar regulation and insulin sensitivity - Support fat metabolism and energy stability - Enhance cellular renewal through autophagy - Develop consistency and body awareness around hunger signals 🔍 Session Structure (Each Fasting Day) - Choose your eating window (standard options: 16:8, 14:10, or 12:12) - Consume nutrient-dense meals during your eating window - Stay hydrated with water, electrolytes, or mineral-rich drinks during fasting hours - Journal / Notes ⚠️ Safety Guidelines - Avoid prolonged fasting if pregnant, underweight, or with a history of eating disorders - Break your fast gently with balanced meals (protein, fiber, healthy fats) - Listen to your body — if energy drops severely, shorten the fasting window - Do not combine extended fasting with heavy training at first 📈 Progress Markers Track these over the 14 days to notice changes: - Eating window start and end times - Energy levels and focus during fasting - Hunger patterns and meal satisfaction - Changes in sleep, digestion, and mood After each fasting day, post in this challenge thread: “Today was Session X. I start this a couple moths ago.My current protocol is,last meal about 7pm,next time i eat 8-9 am. So the eating window i 10-11 hours. One thing i´ve noticed is that graving for sweets is gone.I will continue this.

i drink 3dl water with electrolytes in the morning,one serving per day(sodium 430mg,potassium 163mg,magnesium 94mg,chloride 650mg,optiMSM 1200mg,vitamin-c 150mg) sometimes i take half a dose in the afternoon.Total amount of liquit what i drink in a day,is about 1.7-1.8 liters,+3 cups of coffee and what i get for food.

@Olli Sovijärvi yeah, i calculate how much liqiuds i need per day.I don´t no my exact weight at the moment,so i estimating it and it is about 2.9 liters a day, Coffee and food are inculed, food is estimated. I don´t know if what i´m getting is optimal,but at least the urine shows that the direction is roughly right.🙂
Heavy metal detox
Hey! It's my first post here and i'm going straight to the deep end😁 Does anyone here know/recommend a heavy metal detox protocol? For example protocols for Aluminum where there are binders, "rinse material" nutritional supplements, etc. (Silica, boron, etc.) And I don't mean any overpriced zeolite sprays, but real long-term aluminum, bromine and mercury detox protocols. A few years ago there was still a "Nordic Detox Team" whose website disappeared and they apparently went "underground" So does anyone have information about similar instances or ready-made protocols.

I add my coffee, chaga sometimes reishi,raw cocoa,cinnamon(ceylon),L-theanine,vanilla(if i have it), and coconut oil or butter.I have to try other ingredients too.

I´m already doing the first three,if 11-12 hours eating window is intermittent fasting. My workouts is currently light,mostly resistance band exercises,which i do throughout the day,a couple times in an 8-9 day cycle.i´ll try that greese the groove in the future,when the time is right.
