Your next breakthrough is around “expression” The more you express yourself, the more you embrace the unknown and put out the energy of the real you If you feel blocked or stuck in your life right now… this may be the key to releasing the energy stored inside the body I know for me for years I held back expressing the real me I would put off uncomfortable conversations, I would not express how I felt… I would put off setting boundaries, and I would “wait until the time felt right” Even back in 2017 before I committed to daily youtube videos… I was holding back the real me and BEING who I learned to be Someone who tolerated a job I didn’t like and managers who reminded me of the childhood dynamic of control growing up The fear around expression for me was being afraid to disappoint people Was being judged or causing other people to feel tension What I realized for myself was this… Whether I made the choice to EXPRESS the real me or not… Either way… there is tension! Tension is either inside of me hidden and unexpressed… I’d feel frustrated with a job I hated and secretly resented my life I’d hold myself back from expressing the real me and resent myself or others for my situation Or if I EXPRESSED… There may be tension because that is not familiar and what if others feel tension due to me expressing the real me Prior to expressing I’d feel all sorts of ways in my body Before expressing how I felt to someone… putting out my first piece of content, etc TENSION is a part of the process! The key is choosing to express the real you because its who you choose to be! It is liberating to express it so it also leaves your body You will feel more free, more self accepting and have respect for yourself The key will be knowing that it is not your job to control how people respond to you Let your expression be the filter to which you attract the people who resonate with the real you and the repellant to those that don’t In what ways can you express yourself?

There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

The Flower Full Moon of May
Hey Tribe, Dropping by to share a breakthrough and a win! About 15 months ago I had a huge breakthrough in which I was finally able to get the Art in Me out on paper. I began a drawing that took me through a deeper layer of healing. I had all these plans to use the drawing in so many ways and to use it as a tool for inner healing. A few months later however, I entered a major battle at the place where I live and have been working towards recovering ever since. (My story is a long one but some of you know much of it.) After a visit to the hospital in December, I have been getting some clarity the last few months when it comes to my physical health and I am finally getting back to where I was last year. So when I saw Aaron was doing a brand new 21 Day Raise Your Vibration challenge, I knew it was the perfect thing to help encourage me along in getting back on track. After the Day 15 call of the challenge, Aaron introduced something called the Identity Shift Assessment. After finishing the identity shift analysis, the last line of the report said this: "The drawing under the flower moon is the first thing this version of you puts into the world, Jai. Finish it. That is the whole assignment." That was on Thursday. On Friday, under the Flower Full Moon of May, I finally finished this breakthrough piece of Art that I started a year ago (15 mo)! I can't believe that I actually did it! Now I just have to figure out what the best options are for me to get the drawings uploaded so that I can tweak it for the different uses and designs I have in mind (I've already tried a few options). It's not just that, but it feels as if all the little things I've been processing and working through the last several years have finally shifted, as if the integration is near complete. As if I'm almost fully through the looking glass/portal on the other side. @Aaron Doughty Thank you for sharing your journey with us. It's been fun these past 2 years. Through it all, you've been a friend when I needed one the most. I deeply appreciate you and the entire tribe! 🙏

The 80/20 of Trauma Healing: A Simple Full Guide
I remember when I was younger, first getting into improving my mental health, I thought I had to do it all 100%, so I watched every YouTube video I could on trauma healing, I thought I had to do it 100%! As a result of this I got overwhelmed and stressed, I remember I would be in my room anxiously hoping that I was following the advice I heard online properly, this was no way to heal. That is why I came up with the 20% of trauma healing that will get you 80% of the benefits in mental health. Here it is: 1. Bring up unprocessed emotion, with whatever trauma you want to heal, simply just think back on it, journal about it, talk to someone about it, just bring up the old memory of trauma. 2. Process it, once the memory is back up you need to process the emotion you were meant to at the time of the event but could not, let yourself feel it but in a safe, healthy way of course, or even do some shaking for a few minutes while trauma is in your mind, that will work too. 3. Repeat, make that a daily habit, if you are like me you had 100’s of not more of those incidents in your life, so make that a consistent habit in your routine. Those 3 steps are the 20% effort of trauma healing that will get you 80% of the mental health benefits. Thanks for reading, hope it was valuable.
