we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

Monday: nothing new… except us 😁
Monday is just a word we collectively agreed to take way too personally. Energy doesn’t check the calendar before entering the room. You can call it Monday… or you can call it a soft reset, a cosmic “refresh page,” a slightly dramatic new episode where you’re still the main character… just with coffee. The mind goes, “Here we go again.” Awareness leans back and says, “New scene. Same actor. Better energy.” Nothing about today is actually recycled. Not your breath. Not your choices. Not your ability to shift direction mid-sentence like a plot twist nobody saw coming. So instead of dragging yesterday around like emotional carry-on luggage… maybe just leave it at the gate. No baggage claim needed. Here’s the quiet secret: The label doesn’t matter. “Monday” only has the power you assign to it. It’s not a villain… it’s just misunderstood branding. So choose your state like you’d choose your outfit. Something that fits. Something that moves. Something that says, “I didn’t come here to follow… I came here to create.” Take a breath. Feel your body. Sip something warm and slightly magical. And move through today like it’s on your side… because it is. Wishing you a ridiculously good, oddly smooth, unexpectedly beautiful day… no matter what name you give it. ✨

Simple Full Guide to Mind “Hack’s” in Trauma Healing
Let me tell you a story, when I was younger, I used to have a mind that was against me, and ultimately one that would go against my healing journey. For example I remember one day I was on the school bus, coming home after two of my “friends” had give me horrible news saying that another one of my “friends,” put an cringe picture of me as his profile on TikTok. And as I came off the bus and was walking down the lane to my home, my mind was against me, it was constantly repeating what that guy done to me in my head, it made me feel really bad. My mindset was truly against me. And that is why I want to make this simple full guide to mindset in your healing journey, it matters more than you think, so without further ado, let’s get in. Part 1: Why it Matters Mindset is vital in your healing journey as without it, you will still for example constantly replay the incidents in your mind. You will have a negative attitude towards the incidents too. And all and all, not having a good, wholesome, positive mindset will diminish your results a lot in your journey of becoming happier. Part 2: The Benefits Having a good positive mindset is a wonderful thing for healing, your mental health journey and honestly for all areas of your life. It will make you feel more positive when you think / meditate back on old trauma’s. It will make your nervous system feel more regulated, you will generally be happier which in turn will boost all areas of your life. In summary, it will just give you a huge array of awesome benefits. Part 3: Mind “Hack’s” Now time to get into the real “sauce.” 1. Reframing The Story One mind trick that can really help is reframing the story of your trauma, and actually understanding why the people who done this to you, actually did it. Like for example if you had a trauma with family, you could be like: “Oh yeah but it was there way of showing affection.” And like wise for other incidents. This can help us understand the motive of why people done this to us, which will as a result make us happier!

You could FEEL the energy of us all doing it together With all the craziness happening in the world I believe NOW is a time that we come together in mind and heart coherence to set a vision for what timeline or energy we want to experience I believe much of what happens on the planet keeps people in fear and anger and when our energy is dispersed and incoherent.. We look to authority to tell us what to do With all the “documents” released recently this is not longer woo woo tin foil hat assumptions We must come together and raise our vibration together to then experience the reality we want! This is why for the first time in 5 years… I am going to run a LIVE 21 day Raise Your Vibration Challenge! We will be raising our base point vibration from the inside out AND using the power of group energy to not only transform our lives, but also set the intention and vision for what kind of world we want to be in Would you want to join?
