Monday: nothing new… except us 😁
Monday is just a word we collectively agreed to take way too personally.
Energy doesn’t check the calendar before entering the room.
You can call it Monday… or you can call it a soft reset, a cosmic “refresh page,” a slightly dramatic new episode where you’re still the main character… just with coffee.
The mind goes, “Here we go again.”
Awareness leans back and says, “New scene. Same actor. Better energy.”
Nothing about today is actually recycled.

Not your ability to shift direction mid-sentence like a plot twist nobody saw coming.
So instead of dragging yesterday around like emotional carry-on luggage… maybe just leave it at the gate. No baggage claim needed.

It’s not a villain… it’s just misunderstood branding.
So choose your state like you’d choose your outfit.
Something that fits.
Something that moves.

Sip something warm and slightly magical.
And move through today like it’s on your side… because it is.
