Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

The Story of Divine Reclamation
I recently read a beautiful poem. it brought tears to my eyes. Because it reminded me that we are the love of our life. It asks the following questjon - What if we are the best friend we're looking for - the answer to our prayers ? In society , we are trained to look outwards. We are willing to go to extensive lengths to keep those around us satisfied. And we forget to realise that ultimately we keep coming back to ourselves. There's no escaping the person we are. We will not be able to escape the reflection that looks back at us in the mirror. And we've got two options - we can keep trying to fix the reflection (spoiler alert - this doesn't really work) or We can learn to fall in love with it. We can seek to understand the person who looks back at us in the mirror. We can gaze into our own eyes and recognize the soul that shines through them . We can acknowledge the divine intelligence that flows through the cells of the body and we can bow to it. We can become the student of our own Sacred Soul. We can choose to hold hands with and choose to walk with it as our companion in our life. It will never abandon us. It will be our guide , our ally and protector. When we stop trying to wrestle with the truth of the soul, we start to finally trace the pathways uniquely designed for us. The map of the soul begins to become clearer to us and we start to walk the path with joy. With a spring in our step and a smile on our face 😀 And maybe it's the grandest journey one can ever embark on. Its the journey that echoes the story of the reclamation of True Self. 🌞 ☀️ 💎 Here's the poem I mentioned Love after love By Derek Walcott The time will come when , with elation You will greet yourself arriving At your own door , in your own mirror . And each will smile at the other's welcome and say Sit here , eat. You will love again the stranger who was yourself. Give wine , give Bread Give back your heart. To itself To the stranger who has loved you all your life Whom you ignored , for another , who knows you by heart

The Story of Divine Reclamation
GOD WANTS YOU RICH & THE UNIVERSE AGREES
And honestly, if this topic triggers you… good. That usually means your mind is opening to new ideas, new levels, and a completely different way of living. This triggered me deeply in the beginning too. I used to believe struggle was normal. That exhaustion meant I was working hard enough. That wanting more made me selfish or unrealistic. But the more I expanded beyond my comfort zone, questioned old programming, and reconnected with myself… everything started changing. And now? This is my truth. I no longer resonate with fear, limitation, or survival mode. All I feel now is love. Trust. Expansion. Overflow. And this is not about organized religion. Call it God, source, creator, divine intelligence, universe, higher self, whatever resonates with you. But at some point, you realize there is something bigger than your current fears and limitations. And sometimes the biggest breakthrough happens when you finally get out of your own way. The desires in your heart are not random. The vision you have for your life is not random. The longing for more freedom, abundance, joy, and overflow was planted inside of you for a reason. You were not put on this earth just to survive. You were meant to expand. You were meant to receive. You were meant to fully live. Money is not separate from spirituality. And in the hands of a good person, money creates more freedom, more impact, more love, and more opportunities. A lot of us were programmed to believe struggle equals worthiness. That you have to overwork, burn out, and constantly prove yourself to deserve more. I don’t believe that anymore. Now I understand that rest is productive. Joy is productive. Being fully present is productive. Following your gifts, your excitement, your ideas, your natural talents, that creates value. That creates impact. And when you create from alignment instead of fear, life starts responding differently to you. More opportunities show up. More money flows in. More love flows in. More support flows in.
For those struggling to move on
HERE’S BUDDHA’S ADVICE THAT HELPS You keep telling yourself, “I need to move on.” But deep inside… something still holds on. To the memories. To the late-night conversations. To the version of life you thought would last forever. You replay old moments in your mind. You revisit what was said. What could have been. What should have happened differently. Part of you knows it’s over… yet your heart still waits. And that’s what hurts the most. One day, someone asked the Buddha, “Why is letting go so painful?” The Buddha replied gently, “You suffer because you try to hold onto what has already changed.” In Buddhism, this is called attachment—clinging to people, moments, expectations, and memories as if they were meant to stay forever. But life does not work that way. People change. Feelings change. Seasons change. And sometimes… endings arrive long before we are emotionally ready for them. The pain is not always because you lost something. The pain often comes from resisting the reality that it is already gone. The Buddha taught: “Letting go is not forgetting. It is accepting.” Accepting that some people were only meant to be chapters, not permanent homes. Accepting that some connections teach you more through ending than staying. Accepting that holding onto the past too tightly only keeps your wounds open. You do not heal by forcing yourself to stop caring. You heal slowly… the moment you stop fighting reality. So breathe deeply. Stop rereading old messages searching for answers. Stop reopening doors your soul is trying to close. Stop asking why someone changed when life itself is change. Not everything lost is meant to return. And not every ending is punishment. Some endings are redirection. Some are protection. Some are necessary for your next chapter to begin. The Buddha’s advice was simple: “Open your hand.” Because peace enters your life the moment you stop gripping what is already gone.
