No Law Says That Growth and Enlightenment Must Be Painful
While growth sometime IS painful, it does hot have to be. Life is NOT a life sentence and Earth is not a giant Reformatory. Dare to live and learn with joy!

It depends on whether you enjoyed your school years or suffered through them. Some people have no problem with learning and passing exams...
relationships
What is the reason people want to be in a relationship with someone... i have been single for ages and can't think of a reason to be with someone. I value my own company and connection to spirituality. Is it physical connection or someone to spend time with? i think ive gone nuts cause I feel I have everything within myself to be happy or fulfilled. I'm out of loop or something.

Being in a relationship isn’t simply about being happy and at peace. Relationships teach us lessons that we can’t learn through solitude. I think how willing we are to learn and go through those lessons depends on our soul...

@Nikki M I didn’t say you’re running away. I said it depends on each person’s soul, and I completely agree with what you said… our paths are different. Every soul is drawn to a particular path and has its own lessons to learn along the way. Relationships have their own particular challenges too. Being alone has its own peace, but sometimes it can be difficult as well. I’m just like you, I’m alone too, and I completely agree that we can’t force the universe to put the “right person” in our path. At some point, I realized there’s actually no such thing as “the right person.” We’re simply here to cross paths with different people, walk alongside them for a while, and learn from them. Neither being alone needs a reason, nor does being in a relationship. It simply depends on our nature and what our soul is drawn to in this lifetime..
Fear of Abandonment: When Your Brain Thinks Everyone Is About to Leave 😂
Ever had someone take a little longer to reply and suddenly your brain opens a full investigation? “They’re different.” “They’re pulling away.” “They don't care anymore.” “I knew this would happen.” “Yep. I’m being abandoned.” 🚨 Meanwhile, they might simply be… at lunch. But here’s the interesting part: Fear of abandonment often has roots much earlier than the relationship you're currently worried about. Maybe you experienced rejection, separation, loss, neglect, or simply learned that connection could disappear without warning. And as children, we don't have the perspective to think: "This is about their capacity, circumstances, or emotional state." We often make it mean: “Something is wrong with me.” “I have to be good enough to be loved.” “I have to keep people happy so they won't leave.” So later, you may over-give, people-please, over-explain, become hyperaware of every change in someone's behavior, or desperately try to control the relationship. Not because you're “too needy.” Because some part of you learned that connection equals safety. And here's the beautiful shift: You don't heal abandonment by making sure nobody ever leaves. You heal it by learning: “I won't abandon myself when someone else does.” ❤️ That means: 🌱 Notice the trigger before reacting. “Something changed and I'm scared” is very different from “They're leaving me.” 🌱 Separate facts from the story. What actually happened? What meaning did your mind add? 🌱 Feel the fear without letting it drive the car. You don't have to suppress it. You also don't have to obey it. 🌱 Stop over-giving to secure love. You shouldn't have to audition for someone's continued presence. 🌱 Communicate instead of mind-reading. Ask. Clarify. Don't build an entire Netflix series from one unanswered text. 😂 🌱 Choose yourself. Your needs, boundaries, values and truth matter too. 🌱 Practice becoming someone you can trust. The goal isn't “Everyone will stay.” It's “Whatever happens, I will stay connected to myself.” There is another powerful piece here:

@Dhira Lalita I can't do breathwork exercises because of my health condition.

@Dhira Lalita I hope you’re feeling well. Yes, I also do some other meditations that don’t require breathwork. Joe Dispenza has quite a few meditations where the focus is only on space and volume rather than breathing.🐇🕊
