During the Strength Forum, I ran into for a moment. I mentioned a former employee of his said 'hey', and Fred mentioned about the problem of employees leaving. I instantly thought: what if that was PART of the business system? Trainer turnover is disruptive to business. How can we 'bake in' a system or pattern to assist trainers transitioning out? How can this be made PART OF the process, rather than an interruption? If you employ instructors, this WILL happen. Better to make it a pleasant transition for everyone.
