Optima Strength
I cofounded Optima Strength in Galway, Ireland in 2020.
This was my first visit to the new location, and first time back in 2 years 🤦🤷♂️
Optima delivers 30-minute 1on1 workouts and virtual workouts.
Great to see Sean & Miriam Dunleavy.
It was great reminiscing with them both and hugely gratifying to hear that a huge number of my original clients are still there.
A reminder of the high life time value per client in HIT when you look after them.
Notice Eggert Barwich's impressive MedX machines with the black upholstery and chrome weight stacks. His Lumbar Extension is much more professional-looking and more comfortable than the MedX Core version (blue upholstery).
Great workout.
I hadn't trained on MedX since I was at Jim Flanagan's gym in November last year!
My lower back is sooooooooore 😆
Looking forward to collaborating more with Optima to show case the studio and who knows what!
