STEP 1: MINDSET
You're not doing a sleazy sales pitch. You are connecting with people to:
- HELP
- SERVE
- CONNECT
The process is structured this way to make it feel good and not salesy. You will separate yourself from all the sleazy-like-car salesmen who are pitching their services right away.

STEP 2: THE GOLDEN RULE
More offers = more money.

STEP 3: EXECUTE RAFO! THE PERFECT OUTREACH.
Send messages to ALL your contacts:
- Former clients.
- Prospects (e.g. a contact who came in for a free workout but never signed up).
- Personal phone.
- Personal email.
- Social media contacts/followers.
- Local networking group
- Local chamber
- Etc.
The 4 step framework to 4x your organic leads:
- Relationship Deposit - send a personalised message and ask a non-fitness question.
Example:
"Hello Tina! I just saw on FB that you just had another baby! Congrats! How are you and the little one doing?"
2. Acknowledge - Give them a compliment.
Example:
"You have super powers taking care of 2 little ones and working full time!"
3. Fitness Question:
"Between the little ones and work, how is your fitness going?"
4. Make an offer:
If they say they are struggling - Acknowledge and then make direct offer:

If they say they are not struggling - Acknowledge and make indirect offer:

Insert your own Program, Avatar, Goal and without Obstacle.
Reach out to each person up to 3 times across 3 different mediums (call, text, social message, etc) over 3 days or until they respond. Different people like different platforms.
500 Facebook friends means up to 1,500 reach outs on this list alone.
If they declined both your direct and indirect offer, ask permission to add them to your email list. Send them valuable content every week, and every 90 days send the 9 word email. If they they don't respond after 3 messages, make a note to make another relationship deposit in 3 months.

PGC - The Platinum, Golden, and Cash Hours.
STEP 4: PGC - 1 - THE PLATINUM HOUR.
The Platinum Hour - Time block 1 hour into your week to update your pipelines and plan your weekly execution strategy.
I recommend time blocking 1-2 hours on a Sunday lunch time or evening to update your pipeline and create your weekly execution strategy. This is when you decide on the time blocks for your lead generation activities for the coming week. When are you doing your social media DMs, networking, email campaigns, etc.

STEP 5: PGC - 2 - THE GOLDEN HOUR.
The Golden Hour - Time block activity into every day to execute deposits.
I recommend 90-120min blocks early in the day, ideally when energy and will power are highest. Personally, I do 4:30-6:45am. If you don't want to wake that early, you could do it during your first quiet period 10-12pm.
Manage your Pipeline in a Google Sheet (see screenshot below) or CRM.

STEP 6: PGC - 3 - THE CASH OUT.
Time block 30-minutes at the end of your day to update pipeline and get back to anyone who has replied.

Stick to this for 90 days and you will have more clients than you can handle.
