Lads, this is going to be a brilliant hands-on day where you’ll learn how to lift properly, build confidence in the gym, and stop second-guessing everything you’re doing. ⚠️ Important: This workshop is limited to just 10 spots, so make sure you lock in your place ASAP. I know I bang on about this a lot, but it’s because it works. Getting your thoughts out of your head and onto paper is one of the most powerful tools you’ve got — and I’m doubling down on it. I’ve just added two new videos inside the Foundations Course that walk you step by step through how to use both notebooks properly. - Notebook 1 is designed to train your brain to notice the positives in your life and the world around you. - Notebook 2 is your one-stop shop for killing overwhelm by getting organised and clear on what actually matters. If you’ve been half-arsing the notebooks or not using them at all, now’s the time to sort that out.
