Our annual Alpha Christmas Climb is here again, and we're heading back to the mighty Croagh Patrick for one final challenge before Christmas. 📅 Sunday, 20th December 2026 📍 Croagh Patrick, Co. Mayo ⏰ 10:00 AM start 🍽️ 3:00 PM – Dinner in Westport afterwards This will be our last Alpha Meet-Up of the year and one final opportunity to challenge ourselves, have the craic and catch up with the lads before we attack the Christmas turkey. 🦃😂 There's something special about getting a group of men together, taking on a challenge and finishing the day around a dinner table. 🥾 Bring your hiking boots, warm waterproof clothing and a bit of determination. I'll go first... #1- My name is Damien Hennigan, I'm originally from Roscommon, I lived in Australia for over 16 years, and I've just moved home. I am a weapon of a men's health coach, specialising in helping men find their confidence again, feel good about themselves and have purpose. #2- The main thing I want from this Academy is to create a place where men can share ideas and help each other. We want to have a space where we are free to discuss whatever topic we want with no worry of censorship. A community of men supporting men. #3- I like to lift weights, swim in the sea, do jiu-jitsu and go to raves. #4-

Men, the next Alpha Meet-Up is Sunday, 11th October. We’re heading to the Slieve Bloom Mountains for a hike, followed by a feed and a catch-up afterwards. 📍 Meeting point: Glenbarrow Car Park, Co. Laois ⏰ Meet: 10:00 AM 🥾 Distance: Approx. 9km ⛰️ Difficulty: Moderate elevation 🍽️ Lunch: 3:00 PM in a local pub The track can get muddy, so dress appropriately. Hiking boots are strongly advised. Bring water and a change of clothes wouldn't be a bad shout either. Black out a bit of time in the calendar for the day and come along. Training and nutrition are important, but so is getting out of the house and spending time with good men. Giddy up. 👊⛰️ P.S. Bring swimming shorts. 🩳 There may be an opportunity for a dip in a waterfall!
