Private Blood Testing – Look Under the Hood 🔬
Fellas, you’ll hear me shite on about this all the time, getting your blood work done is essential, especially as we age and our testosterone naturally declines. You can have the best training program in the world. You can eat the cleanest food going. But if you’re not checking your blood work, you’re basically guessing. Think of it like this: Looking at your body in the mirror is like looking at the outside of the car. Everything might look fine. Blood work is like lifting the bonnet and checking the engine. It tells you what’s actually going on under the hood. Low testosterone, vitamin deficiencies, inflammation, thyroid issues — you won’t always see those things from the outside. Personally, I always go private for my blood tests. Why? Because I can get a much broader panel of tests done without any pushback from the GP. In the video below, I explain exactly how private blood testing works and why it’s so important. I’ve also added three links below, depending on where you’re based, so you can book your own test. Stop guessing. Check the engine. Giddy up. 💪 Ireland Private Blood Testing Australia Private Blood Testing USA Private Blood Testing

Chicken Curry
Well lads, in case you want another option along with the juicy mince…. I make a curry every week or two along with some chili for my lunches. I took it from a recipe I saw of Neven McGuire on Facebook - link below. Ford the spices you can use more or different ones if you want more spice/heat. That made me 5 portions, You can use ground ginger if you haven’t ginger to grate into the curry. And a few baked potatoes along with it. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/18FbQnivtC/?mibextid=wwXIf Soften the garlic and onion 1 medium Onion died finely 5 good sized cloves of garlic Add the veg 1 Butternut squash 4 or 5 Carrots Add the spices 1 teaspoon of Cumin,Corriander,Medium Curry Powder,Tumeric,Ground Ginger, (add more of each whatever you like) Finish the sauce 1 tin chopped tomatoes 1 tin of light coconut milk 2 or 3 good spoons of chutney (approx 100g) Add the chicken 4 or 5 large chicken fillets (comes to about 700-730g) Simmer for an hour or so, would recommend buying Neven’s big skillet pan in Dunnes too 👍🏻

Future Men’s Health Event – RDS Dublin 🇮🇪
Lads, as some of you may know, I’ll be speaking and hosting a stall at the Future Men’s Health Event in the RDS, Dublin on March 21st–22nd. This is the first men’s health event in Ireland of this scale, and it’s connected to two events that have been running successfully for years — Future Beauty & Health and the Future Fitness Show. So it’s a real honour to be part of it, and especially to be speaking alongside some unbelievable people in the health and performance space. If you’re around that weekend, I’d highly recommend making the trip up to Dublin — and bring the Mrs. as well. 👊 I’ve been given complimentary tickets for you lads. 👉 Click this link or scan the QR code in the image to grab yours. You can also get free tickets for your partner or a family member. Just one thing — please don’t share these on social media. But feel free to pass them on to friends or family who might benefit. Hopefully see a few of you there. Giddy up. 💪

Make Money Your Friend 💰👊
We had a great conversation on Monday’s group call — all about our relationship with money. It seems to be a very Irish thing to believe: “There’s never enough.” “Everything’s too expensive.” “Taxes, inflation, the government…” But here’s the truth — focusing on what you don’t have doesn’t improve your situation. And complaining about it definitely doesn’t. So I asked the lads: How do you view money? Is it a friend? Or is it a stranger? If you treat money like an enemy, it’ll stay away. If you treat it like a tool, it’ll work for you. Money to me is exactly that — a tool. A tool to grow my business, enjoy my life, and provide for the people I love. There’s a video I watch regularly that completely changed my relationship with money, and it’s allowed me to do some amazing things. Start changing how you think about money, and watch how it starts to show up when you need it. What’s your relationship with money like right now? 💭💸
