5 Changes I made in my coaching business to scale from $10k/m to $100k Months.
Last month we generated $108k in sales Generated and $72k Cash Collected.
Pretty Wild Considering it was only 2 years ago we were doing $10k-$20k Months.
That's a wild hockey stick curve on the revenue graph and it got me thinking this morning about why we've been able to do that... and have not had a month below $60k in the last 6 months.
And I see 5 big shifts that have helped us hit an entirely new level in the game that hopefully is a valuable share for you and this community. (If it is let me know what you took away in the comments below)
  1. Mindset:
I spent a lot of money on coaching last year to get around people who were doing significantly bigger things than me in life and business. They showed me a bigger vision for my life, being around them I could see my own limiting beliefs about what was possible and I have worked with them for almost 2 full years... I'm not jumping from coach to coach to system to system... I found the people who are living the life I am inspired by and want to learn from... and then I go deep with them. Dan Bolton & Dan Martell have been 2 huge influences for me over the last 2 years. And Dan Koe, Dan Henry, Dan Sullivan and Dan Kennedy are also mentors who I have consumed countless hours of their free and paid content. Yes all my mentors are named Dan and I don't know why ?? lol - I think I was born to be an marketer, coach and content creator.
2. Upgraded Avatar & Offer
As I raised my standards and beliefs for myself I began raising the bar in terms of who I would work with. I started to call in higher level clients with bigger problems that I had developed the skills to solve. And I had to go through the same imposter syndrome feelings every time we raised our prices... and now my 1:1 VIP Consulting fee is $25k + % of profits for 16 weeks. (This is only for 7-Figure brands that we work with). my point here is that I continued to step into bigger challenges, that required me to learn new skills, get better at my craft and then raise my prices according to the level of problem I was solving for.
3. Ads Over Organic
Big unlock I wish I had realized earlier. Organic marketing is so slow. For a relatively small amount of money your content can go WAY Further and in front of the right people. This was a huge unlock for finding quality clients to work with and saving myself an ungodly amount of time.
4. Optimized Time with A.I. and Team
When Alex hormozi dropped his A.I. Video in November of 2022 I went all in to learn a FEW applicable ways to use A.I. in my business. Right now we have 3 Key A.I. Systems and flows that have saved me and my team AT LEAST 20 hours a week. Giving us more leverage and cash flow. Which allowed me to reinvest and hire amazing people. ... The biggest unlock here is switching from constantly seeking HOW TO Content and courses... and moving towards a WHO CAN mentality... where instead of spending my time and I can spend money and find the right WHO's to help me. This is maybe the biggest unlock of them all.
5. Simplified Systems with Skool
Skool is our primary software - we are a power user on this platform and finding unique ways to completely simplify our business where the primary focus is on relationship and community and simplicity and fun. Less Funnels and More Fun.
I love and am so grateful that this is my work...
that I get to show up every day and serve our clients and community...
We are building something epic, serving in a big way and the bigger our business gets the better it gets... which is not the way for most bro-scalers or funnel hacker types.
