Struggling Recently
I've been struggling recently... maybe I'm not the only one... I have spent the last 2 years, and invested lots of money into figuring out how to make business work in my life. I started out coaching IT people to be healthier, then moved to dads, then started to focus more on family leadership and that was my focus through the last year. I've now moved on to more system/tech/AI/Automation stuff because that's the stuff I love doing... but I'm realizing there's a bit of a learning curve to some of the things I've been trying to learn, and after a discussion with my wife... I noticed that my mood has shifted some, I'm not as energetic, and I always talk about making "the business" work... and honestly I'm drained, haha. And I think she is too. There are two significant things that I need to work through in my personal life... and have been a main factor over the last 2 years on why I believe things have been hard for me: - I need to build a deeper relationship with God - need to gain control of my binge eating disorder I am avoiding them in an effort to get "the business" going... yet they are the things that if I KNEW I solved... "the business" would be doing exponentially better. My question for the community, because I'm sure I'm not the only one who's been there... What do I do? I still have my Dad Uprising community, so I feel like I need to stick there... drop everything else, and focus on my two big things that I mentioned above... but I also sort of just want to disappear until July (obviously let them know that) and then come back once I've done some deep deep work on myself in those two areas I talked about above. I value and appreciate your feedback 🙏

@Jon Cooke agree with Jon here @Josh Ballard is there any small step you can take so that all this doesn’t feel so big and heavy? I appreciate you sharing mate. We’ve got your back
100 per day
For some reason I struggled with the 100 rule for a month or so. As I did not see how I could do it when I was building up my community But after getting to over 100 members in under three months one thing I realised was that activity is key And so after the Xmas break, I looked at how I keep momentum, whilst I was building my offer and so committed to 100 comments per day. One caveat to this is, I start this after I have gone through all of my notifications to make sure that it is actually 100 comments I'm making on Skool, with each of them giving value. No just commenting ot liking for the sake of it! This week so far I've stuck to this and gained 7 new members (one of them joking our weekly call that day as what they saw they felt would really help them) six followers. Not a lot but certainly better than the week before with only 4 new members in the week. As part of the 100 I've also commited to contacting all of my existing members to increase my engagement and book in calls with them, whilst also re-sending out messages to my contacts outside of Skool to bring in more menbers. My discovery has reduced in the week from 940 to 823 and my conversion has increased from 16% to 17.8. still only early days but shows the power of 100 is key. My next step is to increased it to 200 Thanks @Alexander VandeLaar @Dan Harrison

Did you catch this week's training on how to win in 2026 on Skool? If not, you're about to miss something big. I broke down the exact blueprint we use to help coaches and consultants go from $5k to $50k months by simplifying everything and reducing your working hours to 4 days a week. Here's what we covered: ✅ How to build a Skool Engine that pumps qualified leads into your community daily (without you touching anything) ✅ The "Easy Yes" offer structure that turns cold prospects into high-ticket clients through your free Skool community ✅ The 3-system framework that simplifies everything: Your Skool Engine, Monthly Client Machine, and Lean Profit Team ✅ Why most coaches are building prisons instead of freedom businesses (and how to flip the script) ✅ Real math: How to hit $500k-$1M/year with just 12 one-on-one clients and 60 community members This is the exact playbook we've used to win the Skool Games 3 times and help 750+ coaches build businesses that fund their lives instead of consuming them. The workshop replay is live right here: 👉🏼 https://quantumcollective.com/workshop-replay 👈🏽 But here's the thing... We have 4 more spots open to join our case study program that starts tomorrow. Where we work together to - install your Skool Engine, - Monthly Client Machine, and - Lean Profit Team so you can hit $10k-$50k months PROFIT ... without the grind. ✅ Daily expert coaching Monday-Friday ✅ Done-with-you workshops. ✅ Bi-weekly KPI accountability. ✅ In-person retreats. (Discounts) The whole thing. We kick off tomorrow January 19th, and we're only taking a handful of people because this is high-touch, high-accountability work. If you've been on the fence about finally building a business that serves your life instead of stealing it... Watch the replay before it comes down today. Underneath, you'll find a PDF with all the details on the case study, the investment, and how to apply for one of the 4 remaining spots.

Psychedelic Sickness...
New Years Eve I got sick. Not regular sick. Psychedelic sickness. Mind numbing migraines. Sore throat. A cough that made me fear each breath because of the migraine pain it induced. Fever. Chills. A wisdom tooth decided to lock my jaw shut. My wife joked about my annual "man cold" until she got it 2 days ago and started her own journey through it. This wasn't the start to 2026 I planned. But maybe it was the one I needed? 3 days in bed. Sweaty. Surrendered. All the projects, content, and plans I wanted to build... they waited. Super frustrating. But I was left to sit with the pain, the surrender, and the idea that without health nothing else matters. 🕊️ A cool Spirit Download 10 days before New Years, my wife's family and I wrote down 10 intentions for 2026. We cut them into pieces, crumpled them up, and each day we'd either burn or throw away one piece without looking. Allowing spirit to guide what mattered most. Our #1 focus for 2026 would be revealed on Jan 1st. Want to guess what mine was? Health and body. The day I got sick ur hiLaRIous Spirit. But being grateful for the sickness was my mantra and as a result this sickness had 3 downloads for me that apply to both health and business. /// 1️⃣ Addition by subtraction Before I got sick I was feeling overwhelmed. The sickness forced me to ONLY focus on the few things I could actually do each day. I thought more about this and realized the path forward wasn't about adding. It was about releasing. Removal felt aligned with what my body was already doing during the sickness. Getting rid of things. Purging. I got rid of coffee. 50 Skool communities. Clothes. A load of things on my to-do list. Clutter. Expenses and subscriptions. Plans and expectations. Non-whole foods. All the apps on my phone. I even fully shaved my beard for the first time in 10+ years. I'm not done yet. I can see both in health and business I love to over-complicate things. The first step isn't adding a vision board.

Glad you’re feeling better. I’ve heard so much about illnesses like this just knocking people down for days. Thankfully we’ve avoided it so far and I hope to keep it that way
