Does anyone else "work" on the weekend??
I put it in quotes bc I don't work weekends anymore... I do, however, try to be productive on my skool venture... I just don't consider what I do here to be work... With a 2yo, my old lifestyle is gone, so my free time is spent on personal development, growth, fitness, and here, trying to grow this business. I know activity on skool in some communities takes a huge dip on the weekends - do any of you take weekends as a break? Or is it gung ho all the time? When you do take time off to relax... what do you like to do for fun??

@Jon Cooke so when do you relax and what do you do for fun?? All work and no play makes jack a dull boy...
How we 4xed engagement in this community!
I was procrastinating making youtube videos for a long time as I didn't think my results where too valuable! Which I still think is true as there is people doing it way better. The advantage I thought I could bring however is to just make unbelievably simple. That's why the video is 38s haha I found my edge :) Are you procrastinating creating right now? What's your edge?

A Moment of Vulnerability to share
I pretty much never do this but I'm here right? I'm an introvert on my best day. It’s easy for me to keep to myself, put my head down, and try to figure things out alone — or not figure them out at all. But I want this experience to be different, so I’m choosing different actions. A few years ago, I had one incredible coach who changed our life and business in a massive way. Then I had a few others who were the opposite. One, honestly, felt like a straight-up con man — and the scars from that run deep. I’ve avoided coaching and connection ever since. I wish I could be more like my toddler, who can go from a meltdown to pure joy in minutes because he doesn’t hang on to things. I’m not there yet… but I’m willing to pretend for now. When I was struggling to pay bills at 5k/month, I thought 20k months would be life-changing. I couldn’t imagine ever spending that much, and I assumed any business bringing in 20k should be wildly profitable. And yet — here I am. We’ve been stuck at 20k for months, and the reality is… we’re not actually making money. Everything goes right back into inventory, overhead, or the next thing I thought we needed. We run a coaching program for women 40+, and we work with manufactures to design supplements for them too. The last couple years have been crazy — fun, chaotic, fast growth — until suddenly they weren’t. I realized we only actually made money when we hit 25–30k months… and I realized that far too late. The hardest part to admit: When we had our biggest revenue months, I was the least happy I’ve ever been. I spent the least amount of time with my family. I slept less. I stressed more. And I told myself I was doing it “for them.” But really it was a giant lie… it was my ego I was fulfilling. I just started diving into Dan’s material behind the paywall, something shifted. I saw similarities in our values and how we live. We homeschool. We have a 3-year-old. My wife is pregnant with our second. Endless organic positing doesn't seem to be doing it anymore.

@Dan Harrison Amen. Revenue sounds good on paper - but it honestly means nothing if expenses eat it all up... There has to be something left at the end of the month to take home...!
When friction hits, go back to the fundamentals
I'm not a guru, an influencer, or even an excellent salesman... But I like to think I'm pretty good at learning quickly. All of @Dan Harrison courses are absolutely fantastic and teach lots of the right things. But I think I dove in too quickly and tried playing King level games with apprentice level skills. He's right when he says all we need at the beginning is an offer doc and a way to communicate with 1 person at a time. When I went back to the basics, removed the added tiers, turned off my 4 step automated funnel I built in backpak, and dropped my entry level price to $0, I added 8 new members in an afternoon. That's a 50% increase just from sending out Facebook messages to people I know. Something I should have done when I started 3 months ago. Don't try to scale faster than recommended. Follow the plan and watch it come to fruition!! What have you been struggling with and what basic action can you do to overcome it?

@Simon Brandt it's ok! Create an offer... Tell people about it. It's that simple

Going through this exercise reminds me WHY I want to achieve my goals... It's so much bigger than just "making money"... Sure, money is necessary - but providing a better life for my loved ones, experiencing the world, helping 1000s of other men increase their quality of life and filtering that "awesome" to their families PLUS being able to give back and help others in need just bc I can afford to do so... RESPECT @Dan Harrison - thank you for putting this together.
