Balance Achievement
Earlier last week, just for the heck of it I decided to try sitting on my bed with my legs on the bed in front of me and put my arms in the air over my head just to see if I could do it very long, to check my balance. Well, I did it for over a minute but could have gone longer if I'd have had more time to sit there.
Wound Improvement
Last month, my wound was infected from my osteomyelitis and doubled in size back down to the bone. Well, I'm infection free and amazingly, it is smaller than it was before the infection!!!! In one month I had some serious healing! The power of positive mental health!!!!
Books
So, the 3 books I read in 2 weeks were: Bad Liar by Tami Hoag; Malice by Lisa Jackson and If Something Happens to Me by Alex Finlay 😊 Next up is Missing by Allison Brennan!

Today, my back was sore and I didn’t think I’d be able to walk with my Zeen (sit-stand walker) but I actually felt fine and walked twice as far as usual!

Thursday is weigh day for me
This morning I weighed myself as usual, I was 100.2Kg (15.78St) so last week I was 103.9Kg (16St 5pounds) so I've lost 3.7Kg (8.16 pound). My belly was 130 Cm last week, today it's 128 Cm. Even though I said on the accountability call I would be under 100 Kg, technical fail! I'm taking this as a WIN🙃
