I attended a Skool IRL this morning in Denver—just a small group of people in very different niches, all trying to build communities around the things they care about. It was diverse, thoughtful, and honestly energizing.

Walking away, I found myself really appreciating this group even more.

What we’re doing in Your Land Is Gold is special. We’re not just talking about ideas—we’re actively helping landowners turn their properties into something real, intentional, and meaningful. Everyone here is on a similar path, learning as we go, asking good questions, and supporting one another through the messy middle.

I’ve still got plenty of work ahead (and a lot more coming in 2026), but being part of YLIG reminds me why this community matters. We’re walking the journey together—and getting smarter and more confident with every step.
