December is just around the corner. It has a funny energy to it, doesn’t it? Part reflection, part planning, part “okay… what now?” As we all push toward the end of the year in Your Land Is Gold, I want to get a quick sense of what you’re focusing on during this last stretch. This isn’t a test — it’s just a pulse check so I know how to support you best as we head into 2026. Take a moment and choose the option that fits where your head is at right now:

On Tuesday, I had a 1 hr 15 min meeting with our county planning department. I'm rewatching it to build a Project Management Matrix so that I don't miss anything on the list. It's a massive project that I will definitely do in phases. From an event space with living quarters for the "caretakers" to making sure our dream of having one mirrored unit doesn't disrupt the Air Force Academy's flight path, there is PLENTY to keep me busy. The best part is that one of the last comments made by the county is that this looks like a great project and because one of my neighbors is the Pikes Peak National Forest, the location seems perfect.
