Well Wednesday night training was a hard one for me as I had to do both outfield and goalkeeping training as the other coach was very late he managed to get there with only 20mins left by this time I was breathing from another part of my atomony 😂 keeping 15 lads minds occupied was a different experience for myself so what I ended up doing was expanding the games longer dribbling through cones with a stop and turn run back then back to get ball then back through the cones again 3 lines of 5 😅 then goalkeeper started doing low diving a little one you get them to sit on a ball and with another ball in hand fall to one side then the other this is to build up confidence when diving this was only part of it but to much to put down in writing 😂😂 🧤
