Are any of you apart of a JPL set up? I've just been given the details of costings for a JPL team for next season and it seems really high, can anyone share with me what they pay on average please? If you don't want to share on here, please DM me. Thank you in advance Kirsty

Anyone else do weights? We do a couple of days per week. Legs (of course!) plus arms & delts (shoulders to those who are wondering) for catching + throws. Have found that being stronger as the GK does help us. Not missing the usual GK stuff & stretching, of course. Anyone else...?

Just wanted to take a little time to say thank you to everyone in this community, since becoming a part of it last January I've been on and off it for a while, and now I'm determined to stay consistent within it. The last few days my phone has literally blown up with so much support and love for what we're all trying to do as parents and player, so I just wanted to thank you all the support is really appreciated from everyone 🫶🏼 And also a massive thankyou to @Ray Newland for providing myself and everyone with this community 🙌🏼🙌🏼
