Hey its been so long i dont feel like posting something! Yeah but i started on 9 jan with 78.5 kgs and now im 75kgs alhamdulillah ๐ซถ๐ป and i need to dine out with my friends for a bday party ! What should i eat as my cheat meal??
Suggest any one from these only:
A. Cheesy Stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes
B. Double patty beef mushroom burger
C. Chicken tarragon steak with dip and mashed potatoes
diet coke is must ๐๐ซถ๐ป
Maybe ill have 2 bites or chocolate cake too!
I want to enjoy my meal as it is and guily free for one day!
