Update
Had 2 boiled eggs and sugar free chai in breakfast and in snack I had 1 orange and 3 almonds and in lunch I had 1 roti with qeema, chicken curry and saag and in dinner I had beef qeema with 1 roti and drank 7 glasses of water today.. 5000 steps done today..
