Had 1 boiled egg and 1 shami kabab with 1 roti and sugar free chai and 1 orange 3 almonds in snack with 1 glass of carrot , orange and beetroot juice and in lunch I had small portion of rice with black chanay and in dinner I had 1 roti with chicken gravy and half cup of black chanay..Drank 8 glasses of water and completed 8000 steps today..
