Today I had 1 aloo paratha in less oil with mint yogurt 2 tbsp with 1 boiled egg and sugar free chai and then in snack I had orange and apple and in lunch I had 4 to 5 tbsp boiled rice with half cup daal and boiled egg and in dinner I had 1 cup of Chicken vegetable soup. Drank 9 glasses of water and Completed almost 8000 something steps today..
