Todays update
Sehri: Chia pudding with some nuts and fruits, also take 2 boiled eggs without yolk, and then tea.
Iftar and dinner: One khajoor and lemonade water, half roti with kebab masala salan nd salad
Then go for a little walk.
Water intake: 9 glasses.
Done with the gym: Strength training and cardio, 10 minutes stretching.
